Dislikes

1. Job security is 0. They are terminating employees anytime without any prior notice or warning. 2. Biasnes on the basis of spirituality. 3. HR and management is too much narrow minded. They only see the things which they want to see. 4. TL and managers are unable to manage work load into team. As a result some employees get good rest and some are working restlessly. 5. I suppose to be there in office for 10 to 12 hrs so many times... Without any highypay or appriciation... Or else you need to work from home.. 6. Work Details

It is totally imbalance. Some employees are always loaded with work. And some are always enjoying vacation period. And ofcourse the working employee is getting less increment as he is not able to complete the whole work..

1. Training is good enough in probation period. Even seniors are always ready to help me at all stages.

1. No appreciation for good work and always demotivation for mistakes. Even work load is very high. Sometimes I need to work 10 to 12 hours.
