Your manager and team lead will backstabbed you taking credit and if you want to change intercompany roles they will give negative feedback. I now realise where I joined felt betrayed by my own team. Join this company when you feel like now you are done with your career and need 0 literally 0 growth in career in terms of knowledge and money. Old people company everyone is in comfort zone no one is going to take risk. Only my boss was quality players. Rest are doing donkey work. They will shift your big deals to seniors for their target to match or get closer.

1. Seniors are supportive for improvement and in training. 2. Providing compensation amount to me to leave my previous job. 3. Felxible working hours policy

1. Job security is 0. They are terminating employees anytime without any prior notice or warning. 2. Biasnes on the basis of spirituality. 3. HR and management is too much narrow minded. They only see the things which they want to see. 4. TL and managers are unable to manage work load into team. As a result some employees get good rest and some are working restlessly. 5. I suppose to be there in office for 10 to 12 hrs so many times... Without any highypay or appriciation... Or else you need to work from home.. 6. HR policies changes soo frequently as per requirement of management and not the employee..

In this company we get to learn a lot. Management is dealing with all employees with great respect. Also they treat all employees very friendly. Colleagues are really very good and there is no politics. Company policies are employee friendly. Maximum benefits for employees are covered by company.
