company does not allow employees to do namaaz. employees want to go for namaaz for 2 hours on friday and want to go for namaaz for 1 hour every day,. but company not allowing. my dear colleagues have sent complaint to waqf board for this and board is planning to send their board in the company to request to allow namaaz. they dont allow to take leaves during eid for 3 days and allow for only 1 day. how one can enjoy eid within 1 day ? company should allow clothes i.e. cap and kurta also for namaaz. they ask everyone to wear footwears but we cannot wear footwear on friday and in evening. company is not providing watermelon and other fruits also to open ramzaan in office. we are requesting company to do namaaz at our own seats also, but company not allow. we asked to arrange mikes and speakers also for namaaz in office for only 1 hour but they deny. i even requested for chicken food but they deny. this is not a company but this is jail for us....Read More

Everything if you want to ruin your career join them. Very bad exit policy dont give dues and file legal cases on employee more then 500 cases are running in noida court.
