Overall it was a good experience working with Symtrax Software Pvt Ltd. You get to learn and implement new processes. Also get an opportunity to interact with managers based out in France as it's a France based MNC. You get to understand different working cultures. Good salary and perks for employees. Biased towards favourite employee. No stability for certain positions. After 3-4 yrs a situation is created where you are forced to leave.
