Full of toxic people. Toxic work culture. If you are good in follow ups without doing work then it's best fit for you. If you don't want to work but know how to put your blame to other it's best fit for you. Forget about work life balance. For them, communication means if they are tagging you in mid night and you are not replying then be ready for the feedback. Feedback means warning from them Lead means monitoring.
