I proud to say we can learn more. I there I no job security, appraisal not getting proper (if u do we'll u will get same increment as it is)

Specially DGM s are giving good training and we can learn more from them I proud to say become a one of the team employee .but specially if u come to salary they will not interfere in that... So, this is only bad I expected from One of the Two DGMs .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
