Nothing to like about this company.

Never work under illiterate plant head Deshpande and his Chamcha Abhay,Adinath. Totally waste of time no knowledge to gain.Mechanical guys please don't go over there for interview even don't join the company.They are expecting high work efficiency in 2.4 lpa salary.Worked 12 to 14 hrs for company but due to deshpande politics I left the company.

Some of the Colleagues are co-operative. Management also very co-operative. Personally looks in to upgrading the staff.

The only one black dot in Sydler is Sandip Deshpande. One of the most politics doing employee. He himself a zero knowledgeable person and sydler kept him as Plant Head. He use to target the employees and kick them off to fulfill his personal ego. Most non-teamworking plant head. He live and every time making working environment toxic. He does ego-driven actions, including misleading management about employees. Keep employees under pressure. Offer salary below the company standards. Many more can say about this person. Some of the staff of the company are such that they cheat the company and the senior persons in the company do not know how to get the field work done. They do not give advance conveyance to the field work boy who does the work and the company does not provide the material on time. Because of this, there are a lot of problems in doing field work due to which the company may have to face huge losses in the future.
