Was great work environment and culture. Company is awesome no doubt but managers hired from corporates just spoil the culture. Some departments are really unfortunate to get good managers. First 3 years of an organization was really AMAZING, best part of life but later company's culture get change from start up to corporate.

Everything is good at Swiggy except my manager, he never back up our team nor respect us. Unwanted, unnecessary politics which should not be there is Swiggy.
