There is nothing to like about working at this company. Inequality in the shifts of the employees like, two types of teams divided, one is for operations who actively interact with the shipments physically called as Operational Staff. Work is mostly done by these people when compared to the other shift team.

Dislikes

The most dislike thing in this working arena is the worst management decisions which appropriate for the working minds of the employees to get dislike the Jobs at the company. Another thing most dislike for any other men is the 12hrs duty policy, but according to The Company Act 2019, The standard working hours of a company is about8 or hours, if he works extra time to the company then the company must pay O.T., to that employee. Dtdc is the only company where some person start as ground level like me and now at the time of leave from this company i am working as a area manager only because of good atmosphere

I have only region some of senior add some of employee he is not working for company he is working only for buttering that's why i am leave 1 am given my 11 important year's to this company but currently some people change my viewpoint

While I liked working at my previous company there were instance where task that I was ascended didn't not give me the chance to expand my skill set and experience I realised that my full potential was not being reached and that I was needed to focus on personal and professional growth

Very big volume. Handling is very challenging if u succeed in handling then you can servive in any other companies or situations for sure.

👎🏻 Management, very 👎🏻 leaderships, 👎🏻 work culture and environment. From the executives to branch manager Most of them are working from 8+ years in same post, so no improvement in skills and lack of spirit and no one care about your designation. No one will respect the senior positions. CP or franchisee are in thought as they own the company and they can change anyone careers. business team has the authority without any knowledge of operations which is not ok to work. I didn't like anything about working at DTDC. Even I want a zero star option to rate DTDC.

Dislikes

First of all the culture of DTDC is worst. 2nd there are no times of working hours if you go office at morning 7 o clock you come to home 10pm . If you haven't any personal life then you can join DTDC if you have a personal life also you join DTDC you lossing it in few days.

Office Politics and the Culture of Boss Worship is the worst here, the more you do that more you grow in the organization. Some bosses leave the organisation and come back again because they are not able to abuse employees as they can in DTDC

Huge problem with skill development. Other facilities like TA(3rs /km) for Jm grade,food -400/day for office trip, medical facilities etc are very less!!

Almost fixed office timings. Dtdc is like an ocean. You have to grab knowledge from every segment. Some people are really nice. Team is good. Best part is Salary on time. Culture is good. Job pressure is there yet feels like Govt job. Company is fast moving now.

Some people of this company are working hard and few are not even know how to work. There are many people holds senior position in this company who are worth less and good for nothing. There are so many nepotism and politics behind the straight people.

Organisation. 2. You will get to learn a lot of new and pratical skills which will definitely help you growing up. 3. If you are lucky & under **Mr.Dhali** trust me your working life will be a dream comes true. He is the bestest best senior I have ever seen. 4. People are very polite & friendly, your colleagues will be your friends within a period of 3-4 weeks. 5. The working hours is 8 hours (Excluding 30 mins break) which you can't get to see in Kolkata. In my opinion dislikes will be the below ones: 1. The behaviour of our regional HR is very unprofessional & ridiculous. She doesn't even know how to talk to someone. 2. You will not get the amount of promotions you deserve, rather some old guy who is wasting their time in this company for last 10 years just sitting around & watchingmovies will grab a 5000/- bucks promotion infront of you. Hence do not even expect a proper & justified promotion. 3. The working culture & the office ambience is quite unprofessional but friendly. If you are a fresher you will be in a new college 😉 4. Inter departmental politics & lobby will suppress you down, they won't even give you a chance to showcase your tallent & skills. If you disagree with their opinions, you can get humiliated in front of the management. 5. The front desk management is like a nightmare here, starting from the admin to the HR will make you feel how small you are infront of the management & so are your opinions too.
