Here there is no job security as they hire only freelancer teachers.Work culture is good ,management is good and supportive. Company policies are okay. Overall i like the team of swiflearn.com but for work and survival,it doesnot give job security which is very important.

There is nothing to like in Swiflearn. But yes, if you are free and don't have any work then you can definitely join to be busy.
Dislikes
They put much pressure on you to complete the target during training period and if you don't do it, they will kick you without any payment. There is no time management as once you start it may take 12 hours or some time even more.
