Everything is a dislike, lot of partiality between co workers, they dont provide leave on time, need to work as reliever, deduction of Bank changes from quarterly salary, discrimination between south and north Indians, one should not serve notice period, otherwise the salary will get delayed by more 45 days (in addition with 30 daysnotice), the salary computation may also differ as per their convenience, they will interview for one position and give different designation after joining there, no proper office and lavatory, no hike annually, lot of unnecessary cost saving without thinking of employees safety and comfort (flight tickets).
