I loved my job of teaching and training, but nothing good about the college.

Dislikes

Dislikes: 1. No cleanliness in college, even washrooms are not clean. 2. No work culture 3. Any Sunday could be a working one, no work life balance 4. No EL and CL, no leave policy 5. Salary never comes om time is always one month late, sometimes more than 1 month late. Cheques get bounced most of the times. 6. Staff is inadequate and not skilled. 7. Not at all good. There are no rules and if there are they are changed again and again. They cannot even keep the dates fixed for exams.

College is fantastic, Trustee is now changed and the new trustee is like a god for staff and professors. Fantastic.

there is no dislike. college is very good who takes atleast 50% efforts.
