I loved my job of teaching and training, but nothing good about the college.

...could be a working one, no work life balance 4. No EL and CL, no leave policy 5. Salary never comes om time is always one month late, sometimes more than 1 month late. Cheques get bounced most of the times. 6. Staff is inadequate and not skilled. 7. Students are decieved into taking admissions, who can give fees. 8. It is not a college but an illegal box.

Useless Mgmt Institute. No work culture.

Dislikes

Have to issue notice under sec 138 to recover monthly emoluments. TDS deducted but not remitted to Govt Treasury. Appointment given in June /July and thereafter after getting approval from University, dirty tectice applied and other set of people recruited in just half the salary to run the institute up to April / May.
