It's a cheap college where intellectual property like faculty treated as labour and always harrassed by director and trustee. Trustee use abusive language. He always try to cut money from their employees salary by different means.

I loved my job of teaching and training, but nothing good about the college.

Dislikes

Dislikes: 1. No cleanliness in college, even washrooms are not clean. 2. No work culture 3. Any Sunday could be a working one, no work life balance 4. No EL and CL, no leave policy 5. Salary never comes om time is always one month late, sometimes more than 1 month late. Cheques get bounced most of the times. 6. Staff is inadequate and not skilled. 7. Students are decieved into taking admissions, who can give fees. 8. It is not a college but an illegal box....Read More

Work Details

Not at all good. There are no rules and if there are they are changed again and again. They cannot even keep the dates fixed for exams.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

No perks and benefits are given. They do not give anything to employees except deception.

The college management is too horrible..they make the guest faculty to work and don't pay at all at the end of the month...

They cheat the faculties and don't pay the salary which they promise..
