Company cares for its employees more than anything, gives opportunity to have comfort while at work. The working hours are flexible, employees often do work selflessly. There is great bonding among employees. The regular Cricket championship held every year among different factory of the company between workers and officers makes a viable place for strengthening relationship between them i.e workers and officers.
