Not have career growth, not salary increments, it is too long from my home, the work pressure is very high, I have to work 14-18 hours strainght

Work Details

I am working as a maintenance supervisor, I have manage HVAC department, Electrical deptartment, Plumbing department, Fire Department and BMS department, I have working on day to day schedule, preplanning of every department work on daily basis.
