This is Kolhapur based small scale infra company. Laxmi Civil Engineering Services Pvt Ltd is the parent company of this company. This is popular in the Water supply, irrigation and Drainage sector. Salary is on time, sharply at 10th of each month. Bike rent with fuel allowance is getting on 15-20 date of the month with mess.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No time limit for work. No Sunday for holiday. Increment is depend upon your hard work. Internal politics matters on your work.

Work-life balance - Bad

This company is good for bachelors not for family person because no time limit for work. No holidays.Not family accommodation.
