One year before it's very good company for a fresher but now full of toxicity.No one like to work in swaas

Dislikes

Everything egoist peoples and behaved rudely toxic work culture. We need to work for over time everyday log off at 10 or 11. We need to work for 14hrs per day

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions.
