If you don't find any job may be this bank is the last option then only you choose or else it is a waste n community based bank n you don't get promotion if you apply for couple of times no appreciation nothing no of branches in the country is very less n higherups are earning more salary n branch staff is striving for accounts n bearing the torture so my sincere advise is don't join in this bank if you join you can't adjust n salary is very less...Read More

Flexible timings. Job is secured. Staff are very good and kind.

Dislikes

No recognition. No promotion for those who work day and night. Completely dependent on manager reviews only. Outdated products. 1906 technology and staff are not at all concerned about customer service. Staff will give service to only CC/OD customers. Other customers are suffering with the lethargic staff. Very age old paper work. Unlimited number of registers. Only clerical staff will do marketing, Unlimited papers work to clerical staff, officers are NPA to the bank. Senior officers are just "Simply sitting and Monthly getting" the salaries. People who work will not get any recognition. People who do BHAJAN to Manager will get promotion. No female staff will do business, their targets are also to be done by male staff. Due to lethargic officers the bank has lost tonnes of business but the bank likes such type of people only. Bank has completely failed to make it's officers work. Very Very poor management....Read More

I'm very much proud to be part of SVC bank which is 2nd largest co-op bank in the country n providing family insurance to the staff

Salary is very less comparing to other banks especially Cosmo politen cities like Hyderabad,Bangalore,Mumbai,Chennai There is no recognization for business in terms of promotion for the past 7 years Still the bank is following 1906 rules only If you don't find any job then try this bank or else go for any other company

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
