Actually i was thinking tht this bank has power of making high quality of customer..they hav appointed me throgh the contracts .. aftr fullfilled whole form making work , they discontinued us without any reason ... there is no scope to develope any career as well as the low salary they give , cn not compare with the hard work they take us ...thank you!!!

Job security. In sense that if your just do bare minimum work, you'll draw salary and no one will do anything about it. They don't kick you out just transfer lol.

Shit ton of politics and very much oriented towards their own sect, sub caste and language speaking staff. Promotions are a joke and you will get 1-2% salary increment per year rofl. This is not a bank which promotes hardworking people, even if you just warm your seat for 8 hrs you'll do just fine here. Only matters if your executive or not, being a staff here is like having same salary for rest of your life. No one will help you to grow, they just want to save their own names.
