Salaries are very poor compared to market. Increments are just as a tradition, very cheap increments, sometimes even company dont pass on benefit of promotion. PMS system is just for iso requirement, complete partiality in increments, managet does not care about ur performance. Only jobless persons recommended to join this company.

HOD creates unnecessary pressure Micro managing- Uses the stick and stick (no carrots) approach- constantly nags about lack of increment, lack of growth and lack of clarity on promotions.. in that background with no motivation in sight..wants staff to go beyond what is expected Too much back log and shortage of staff HODs wants complete control over matters/ as if they doesn't trusts. More interested in employee's timings to office than on work. Late sitting is encouraged, and leaving on time is looked down upon HOD wants staff to inform before leaving for the day.. which hurts self respect. It is like on a daily basis you have to justify leaving even after working hours are finished.
