Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! It's not good place to work.. Management have its own set of people,who give them information of new joiners and these people harass new joiners. Management is aware of all the facts but they don't support.. They have kept gundas to scare employees.. Which inturn are given benifits such as salary hike, promotion , retention after retirement.Because these are eyes of management. All chugali khor are there in Suttatti.So don't join.they simply play with yr careers.. Management wants High potential people and their own people are jealous don't let others perform especially who come with new ideas. All confidential informations is passed on to their faithful employees to spread in the entire work place. Even the canteen person will know about the information....Read More

If you are good at work then no issue for the security,Work culture is not so good, company policies are average.

Dislikes

They say maintain work time , but in actually not works they expect to work late.some pepole are having very low skills but management consider thier opinion. And career growth is low , you can work here for 2 to 3 years so that you can gain knowledge . And lastly polictics it is common but here company runs because of it I guess....😅
