I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. It is a good company but they need to inprove their management.

Dislikes

Most of the staffs are non-technicals and have no technical knoledges, have no proper work plan, have no official recruitment process. Maximum staffs are joined by references with high pay scale it doesn't matter what are their qualification and experience.
