The management is highly ambitious, aspiring to introduce quality training to NDA aspirants by bringing in ex service men and providing training through them. Never accept defeat kind of attitude leaves you spell bound and you will take back the memories from the beautiful campus which is surrounded by rich plantation. I am proud to be a part of this organization.

Dislikes

Payment structure is decent, but you can never guarantee the working hours. Some times you need to travel and work for 16-20 hours. Management will hear from everybody but won't take any positive suggestion. Though I notice any flaw in the system and bring it to the notice of the management, they simply ignore, letting the simple flaw to become a problem and impact the system negatively.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
