The best thing about college campus is family like working environment. The management is working collaboratively with the staff. The scope of performance appraisal is there. The management is providing compensation for extra work .each month at least I am getting 2 thousand compensation. The management is providing compensation to each staff according to their contribution for the development of college. The senior staff helps the juniors staff in making them trainee and compatible.the juniors are getting performance appraisal regularly in different ways. The campus is ragging free....Read More

Generally speaking I love working in Surya college.the college is progressing which makes me happier and I love to work with other staff .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
