I get to choose what I work on, and most of the work that I do directly has an impact. Very high rate of growth and trust/responsibility is given if shown promises. The growth in the company focuses on both personal and career, with challenges given to us time to time to reflect on ourselves. Leadership and mentorship is given to all employees.

A best place that helped me grow rapid fast both in work and as a person. The widened culture and people who carry it in the company holds up the main reason for its achievement of where we are right now.
