First of all this company commission based insurance agent company not a corporate They create fake job in fixed salary to hired candidate target freshers above age 21 to 27 after conduct interview three rounds they told my company task based not a target but it's a romba kevalamana target ah irukum After u have selected documents verification and asked 600 for insurance basic examination u have to pay only eligible for get offer letter ok After getting offer letter they give training how to take insurance policy to your friends and families upto time 45 days ok value of policy 1.5L u have completed only u will get the job and also they this sales task have training period only after training no sales that like told ur nature of work team recruitment and handling and HR role that like told but it's not true After completing the training u will get 25000 salary that like told but it's also not true After ur policy completing and training period complete u will get on role job Already they are told after on role converting you have no sales but it's also not true have completed sales through ur team value of policy 1.5L in month then only u will get a 25K salary u didn't finish u will not get any income through this company Even u won't get login any policy but u have worked in one month in the company they didn't give basic salary also they are get work from us only worst cheating company This company goal is only taking a icici insurance policy through the employee candidate no more job and no more salary here so don't waste your time and money also u will get mentel distress also One important point U read the review after contact the concern employee or company they told Google reviews believe panathiganu soluvanga engala nambuga soluvanga but avaga goal ungita irunthu policy vangarathu mattum than vangitagana ungaluku response panamatanga this true Because I truly experienced this like problems So only I alert to search job persons So be aware from sureti insurance marketing Be aware Be aware Be aware...Read More
