I was selected as BDO and was doing my training in this company (WFH). I quit it immediately👈 when I heard the truth about this cheater group👈 from ex employees of this company. Actually I registered in so many websites for job. This cheater group collect the data. Then call you and ask you to attend an interview Unemployment istheir key. They using this to loot 600 from each innocent candidates those who are looking for a job There is 2 online session. In 1st, they speak lies lies lies about their company, job role, salary package, working culture 2nd will be training session. In that, they give you a task to sale policies. In 1st session, one lady come and talk like..... 👉There is no target in our company 👉 Training salary 15k 👉After the training, salary will be 21k+incentives 👉You will be promoted within 2,3 months if you performed well 👉 Friendly working culture 👉No pressure 👉No sales task after training 👉HR, Team lead is your job role after the training 👉 National tour once in 3 months 👉 International tour once in year 👉👉 Finally she say like this... To attend training, you SHOULD PAY 600 rupees for IRDAI exam which Is conducted by IRDAI not by ourselves. Actually the fee is 1500 but you just pay 600 that's enough remaining we will pay for you. 🔴 Everything is lie lie lie🔴 No good company will #not ask you to pay money to work in their company. They recruiting people day by day and loot 600 rupees from each of the innocent. Then 2 months training. In that, you have to sale policies. After the training also you have to sale their policies. SALARY is based on how much you achieved your TARGET. No one cannot achieve their target. Then they will terminate you or else you will quit because of work pressure. They are #using_innocence👈to sale their policies and also looting 600 rupees. I was cheated by them. I lost my 600 rupees. After the training, you do same cheating recruiting process with innocent students, job seekers to loot money. Is this a job!?? This is crime. Disappointing Experience at Sureti IMF – Poor Management I had an unpleasant experience working with Sureti IMF in Coimbatore, mainly due to the unprofessional behavior of my reporting manager, Nivetha. From the very beginning, there was a severe lack of proper guidance, communication, and support. Instead of fostering a positive work environment, she often displayed an unapproachable and discouraging attitude, making it difficult to perform efficiently. The management structure felt disorganized, with unrealistic expectations and no clear roadmap for employee growth. Despite my efforts, there was no proper mentorship, and feedback was often vague or dismissive rather than constructive. This led to a demotivating workplace atmosphere, where employees felt undervalued and unheard. No1 Fraud company They itself will call u for job even though if u r not applied for the job. They will say that they just saw ur profile on some website. And they will ask u to attend the interview and aptitude tests on online itself. And then they will say that only selected candidates can pay an amount of rs.600 for an exam fee. But they will call each and every all person that they r selected on online itself like email id or through phone call or message. And then they will ask to pay an amount of rs. 600 along with documents like 10th marksheet, 12th marksheet, ug marksheet, aadhar, pancard, bank passbook front page photo and also passport size photo in pdf format. And then if we ask them that y was ur company was showing permanently closed in Google means they will say that it is a technical issue but it was a lie it was a fraud company.
