Management does not address our issues and sometimes mail are responded after several follow ups. Policies related to attendance and salary can be improved.

CTC package that company offers is a myth as monthly salary before tax is only 80% of CTC and rest 20% depends on the employee stay in the company. Also the company has poor HR policies in place and are not in the interest of an employee.
