Good work culture and supportive seniors, Good theoretical learning, learning programs available for staff. A person would love working there as they will always motivate you. Very nice staff.

Dislikes

Practical learning needed for freshers, they should provide leads to the freshers. Marketing skills for the company is needed as there is very less information available on Google about it.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
