No one is known what is HR work? I think that company's HR department is just like a teddy, which is keeping in Showcase. HR policy is not clear to any employee because of company Management. Company management is not capable to keep good and hard working employee in this organisation. I know about because I spent my 9 years service life in this organisation.

Director the male one is the worst human you will meet in your life. Most uncivilized, fool, ill mannered. Thinks he knows everything, in reality he knows nothing. He is motormouth. Doesn't know how to run business. Because of him the company is in losses. Every year he hires scapegoats to fire them and hide his own failures and incapabilities. He is the biggest failure on this earth. Abuses his employees. Fires employees on daily basis. He has spoilt careers of many good high level executives. He does not have money to pay high package employees. He hires them with cunning sweet talks. Will learn from these people and will fire them in 2 months. He doesn't know anything about business. He is the biggest failure and just looking for some new investor to dump his share and get out of this loss making company. Because of his whims and fancies the company is running in losses. Communication with HR department have to improve. Communication experience with IT & patient care team is very worst. We have to call 3 to 4 times for a single problem solution. Kindly improve it🙏
