Likes

Everything about working here is likeable. The work culture and environment is super healthy, uplifting and growing. The learning opportunities given to individuals is one of the best things.

Nothing so far, it’s been almost 2 years here, and I feel there’s nothing that I dislike about working here.

Work Details

Work policy: I go to office once a week, and that's totally optional.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
