They didn't support any employee in lockdown. Even they didn't provide salaries from March to till date. Also they deducted February month salary as all knows February month was fully working and mailed to employees they will pay rest salary in secciding month but they didn't provided till date. (15-jun).

Dislikes

Seniors are too irresponsible. Maybe because its lala type company. All decesion taken by a singal man. Their working culture is too old. In the digitalized world they did all works on paper. That's why they didn't allow any employee to work from home. As per their work culture it could not possible. They just focus to deduct employees salary instead of change their working style.

Good leave system at supertech. The workplace facilities which every employee wishes are above the industry standards. For long term survival, you only need lots of patience, a friendly attitude and adjustable behavior. The company has a very good work culture in fact a happy and motivating enviroment. I was looking for a much professional job for my career grwoth and supertech is one of them. A fast learning plateform for fresher as well as for experienced emplyoees.
