Only thing I like here in this company is the Job Security.

Salary structure and increment doesn't has a specific time and either increment might not be made every year for the whole working employees for a 10 percent hike also.

As a Service Engineer work life is okay but not fine. It feels frustrating spending 12 hours everyday with such a low salary.

Working with Supershakti involves many challenges and you will get support for enchaning your skills. Promotors r very good and polite. Company culture is also good (Half corporate half Promoter). The work life balance depends on ur HOD however it's good

Dislikes

Job security is neglible as I have worked 3 and half years but one day company can disowned you like all hell and all powers lies on the HOD. HR is collin. Further, no culture of Work from home. Lot of politics and growth depends on HOD only and not on your work.

No doubt in paper work this plant is good in paper Work in maintaing records for TPM, ISO as per current update of Industrial Act. I like that some people's are supportive of Central project, Power plant, DRI, TMT, Structure Mill and other division. They are well qualified specially pillet division, A fully controlled TPM well maintained in each every step. Plantation, Game competitions,Technicians competitions for last 3years is going on which is encouraging the employees....Read More

Sms manager Anil chakwarti is one the worst Electrical manager, who never understand the problems of employees, a great lier, zero knowledge, ITI technician etc still I don't understand how a management can tolerate him after multiples written complains by DET Trainees, Engineer, technicians, against him. He always hide the drawing,never let others to attain technical training programs neither any opportunity to grow ones. Also In the name of management only roles and responsibility is give to the trainee or new engineers no salary scale. Hr Support was going good for some days but it has become worst, their motive has become now to cut money by anyhow means, There is canteen charge, bus charge, huge guest house charge, actually in the name of facilities it's zero. No one listens the problem of any employees only wants to let them work, even my PF has balanced has been stuck by then, they are not ready to update that after many requests....Read More
