Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

Worst ever company No professionalism Don't know how big IT companies doing business with them it's Terrible, they assign you work after deadline then after two days they will ask you for the update saying the deadline you know then why didn't you do that ,they give you more then 10 different work to submit at same time are you kidding 😂 lol ..... They want to earn for them self They really don't give value to your works not even a good salary, you will under pay , salary will never credit on time for sure fow lower level. This is my feedback. HR Team members are good, They co-ordinate well with others. Some of them are not even graduates.

Dislikes

Do not Join such companies even if they are offering good salaries. Nothing is good there No appreciation, No salary increments, no bonus, there is 95% chance that your salary will get deducted for your mistakes.
