Higher authorities are too good and always been ready to help u out in any manner whether it's official or personal They all are very supportive..

Dislikes

Although everything is good but the main thing which matters to me I'm not saying that everyone has this same problem or not but I have, Salary perk as compare to other company is too low ,as far as for learning it's the best place.

Work Details

Till now it's good not a single problem.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
