Good teammates and also all the staff is very skillful and always ready to help. Working under sunsource-energy team started as a fresher But they don't feel that I am new or inexperienced, my teammates ready to help always. It's my first job and as a employer I learned so much in this firm.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Superiors shows their senrioty sometimes and don't value your efforts.

This company is ready to adopts latest technology always . Hiring process is very good, here growth is very fast and every employee make own bright future. My senior supported me at every time at every situation .I learnt alot there. CEO and HR of this company is very nice person they all are very cooperative in nature My team was very cooperative and I love that except my Manager .

Personally I had a great boss and senior mentors which made the experience very comfortable and smooth. The people are all cool and respectful.

I would say that due to the nature of work, there is slow progress from the view of a fresher but indirectly, there is a lot of learning about the industry and administrative work involved.
