I like about SunSource Energy is the co founder and ceo is too good . They are very helpful and everyone can easily walk to their cabin easily . This is the best culture in the sunsource as company is following open work culture for everyone including ceo and co founder.Company policies is need to be strenghten as company is growing.

Dislikes

They needs to be recreate their compensation structure as people are having so much difference between same designation , so they needs to benchmark the salaries as per market standards. Due to this people having slow growth and move out from organization to raise their salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
