So much of particiality among staff,. Salary is not according to the job performance and experience. Less staff and more work.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

Patients and clinical experience is awesome 👌 where u can be well trained and learn many things in respect to clinical Nutrition where u can apply all knowledge and equally treated as a professional doctor by staff and friendly working

Dislikes

Partially in the department no equal opportunity and people in Nutrition Department from groups and play around with feelings and internal departmental issues are worst

Definitely you will be well trained Nutritionist if you do work at sunshine paradise You should learn to handle departmental politics and tackle the situation nicely
