I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Giving sanitizer, mask at a minimum rates for personal use Also donate grocery kits to poor In company all measure are taken like checking all through thermal gun, sanitizing all vehicles and whole factory.
