Nothing is to like in this Belgaon UG Coal Mines.

Dislikes

1.There is no rest room for employees. 2.There is very poor canteen facility.no any arrangements for meal(lunch/Dinner). 3.There is no any toilets/bathrooms. 4.salary is very low as we are working in risk. 5.Bus fees are taken from employee to travel in mines. 6.there is no any man rider system to travel underground.

We are full co-operate with company, other higher authority co-operate with staff. Communication good, Sefty training good, All other activities very good.

Dislikes

Some higher authority very much work doing in favour of contractor. Every day they are eating meals by contractor. All our equipment hand over to contractor was very good condition. But maintenance is very very *poor* by contractor and his workar. Work culture not good by hod. Pure RO drinking water not available
