Working culture is very bad, no job security. Company does not like hard worker they promote slimy. HR head not use own ears . He use oen ears only for hanging glass .he always use slimy ears.

Very bad culture company because here is no respect on employee and management also not good I was working that time company managment told me all my settlement given me but resign time they are didn't given my gratuity and super annuation.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
