Right from CEO to HR, Finance it is a mess. Lack of culture in the organisation. Non compliant in finance, HR, Operations...you name it. CEOs minted money and finally sold to Sutherland. Employee matters including POSH cases are brushed under the carpet. High attrition among Senior management. A SVP, VP & Directors are made to work like executives and force seasoned leaders into sales roles and fire them eventually or get them frustrated to leave the organisation. One can imagine what happens to the rest of the janata. Freshers on bench for 2 years and finally laid off without any live experience. Hope the feedback helps a new hire who is seeking a great place to work and takes a wise decision. I wanna close this finally with their recent GPTW certification which is a big joke. Including Saturday sometimes Sunday as well with out pay but still there is no value for that. I didn’t see any pros over here. Only thing all the senior leadership acts as smart .most of them non technical .

Office location(Uppal) far form the city Not a process oriented organisation Only one major telco client and is merged with Verizon.already there are some many vendors with Verizon.they will have hard time to compete with other vendors. Not recommended for the senior people.if you are techie leader then you won’t be stay here more than 3 months.
