Actually I feeling good because TVS IS Traditional company and employees job secured and then management also good, our employees growth development training and employees how to savings 💰 my salary besed on training also they give in employees,so overall this company Administration for the benefit of employees thanks for given wonderful working experience in our company

Dislikes

Ya actually company is so good but our management some politics is there and then My humble opinion is that the salary I buy is the lowest income when comparing the current country price so it would be very good to raise the income a little considering this situation otherwise I feeling very happy working as my company

It's going on good, and I learnt discipline, dedication and increased my growth development also

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
