The main reason for my decision to quit the firm is exclusively the insult that i had to bear Was on my faith in my birth dharma or beliefs In family worships of our religious pooja cultural decipline repeatedly don to me by the manager where I was working further my request of not to insult me was also not heard By any of the heigher authorities too with sadness &regret this submission
