The Air-conditioning does work at the reception area and at the HR bay and of course at the office of the Zonal Head.

Unhygienic work conditions, unethical business practices, bribes are a part of day to day activities, one can be unemployed the next instance without notice, lowest pay in the industry, no credit given for any amount of hard work of best practices or innovative ideas.

I joined as a associate and after 4 yrs promoted as team coordinator but gave ijp for team leader and there is no control of management and the lower management takes decision on there own and favour the near and dear ones. I wanted to continue but.......
