Only 15 k salary per month.no hike in the company.

Should don't provide training.learning by doing untundi.company size is very small 10 to 15 members.all are mostly trainee.there is no HR IN THE COMPANY.There is no team work

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
