I am ex employee of STC. But sharing what i have experience. There is easy and simple way for pending work solution and arranging with vendor.

Dislikes

There is communication gap between most higher level and site handling department. For example If I want to meet Arpit sir directly it is difficult to meet. While there is no issue to meet with him.
