Most important point is culture of work.Due to too much variance in Salary among staff and Helper it get impossible most of the time to work from them and even they don't want to work but all pressure come at staff member they are getting even half from helper. I didn't understand the work culture even the behavior of the employees and worker in starting but now after four precious year I got to know that this company is like a village, that's it i want to say.
