They have all types of machine and you can easily gain experience on them and also there people help to trained you. Learning culture is awesome.

When you joined this organization forgot that you can ever get a promotion. Salary is always getting late never on time. Increment is based on how much you buttering your boss. Average increment was about 1-2% of your ctc & in most of year you will never get increment because they always said company is in loss . Politics is extremelevel. Fixed working hours most of the time. Not un necessary burden. Job security. People are friendly. Although there is very less increments but starting salary is good for GET & DET.

It's very large and established well known company. It has own setup for making dies and production of aluminum casting with m/cing also . It's has very good setup of r&d lab very well known name in north India.
